A contoversial study conducted by students of Georgia State University claims that more that a half of African American male population in their city are engaged in homosexual relationship.
It reports that Atlanta, the capital city of the state of Georgia, has confirmed its stereotypical status as one of the most homo-inhabited cities in the country.

A study of 2014 surveyed 10,000 men aged between 18-45, including black, white, Asian, and mulatto. They were later divided into following categories: heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, pansexual, and asexual.
Upon completion of the analysis, it was alleged that Atlanta has a high percentage of gay population which makes up to 80% — the majority of whom were of African American descent.

However, due to the large amount of men hiding their sexual preferences, it is believed that the actual numbers of homosexual black men in Atlanta are much larger.
